Returning Faulty Products
- Contact customer services at email@example.com or by calling 07920 533595 clearly explaining the fault and stating your reference number. (This can be found on your delivery note). You must contact us within 7 working days of receiving your products.
- You will receive a returns reference which you must put on the returns slip found on the bottom of your delivery note.
- Complete the returns form and send to Retro Retail Ltd with the faulty item in question at the address marked on the returns form.
- Should you require a refund, you will receive confirmation via email upon receipt of the product by us. The cost of the product and its return will be credited to your bank account in cases of refunds or replacement products.
- Contact customer services at firstname.lastname@example.org stating your original reference number (This can be found on your delivery note), the item you wish to exchange, and the style, colour and size of the product you would like.
- You will receive a returns reference for the item which you will need to state on the returns form itself.
- Complete the returns slip.
- Send to Retro Retail Ltd at the address above with the item you are looking to exchange.
- Please note that returning items will be at your expense.
- Items for exchange must be received by Retro Retail Ltd in their original condition.
- In the case of requesting different priced replacement products, you will be refunded the cost of the original products you ordered & you will be asked to make a new order for the new items that you have requested unless different arrangements are agreed at the time you contact customer services.
Change of Mind
If you decide that you do not wish to keep the goods other than being faulty or for an exchange, Retro Retail Ltd will credit for the value of the goods only. A return of this nature must be notified to Retro Retail Ltd via written form, including fax or email within seven days of receipt of the goods. You will be required to return the goods and to meet the cost of return postage. To ensure a refund Retro Retail Ltd must receive all items for refund in their original condition. When a refund is authorized the amount will be returned within 21 working days from the date notice of return was given. Please note, original postage will only be refunded on items deemed to be faulty. Please address any complaints to the address above.
