How long does delivery take?
We aim to despatch your goods within one week of receiving your order. We aim for our goods to be delivered within 2 weeks of the order being placed on mainland UK only, not including force majeure. Please contact us for information regarding delivery times for locations outside mainland UK.

Is my privacy protected?
We value your loyalty and want you to visit us again and again. That’s why we don’t give out any of your personal information to any non-affiliated third parties. Such third parties are required to maintain customer confidentiality.

How can I pay for my goods?
All orders are paid through Paypal although it is not necessary to have a Paypal account to do this. The Terms & Conditions of this are those set by Paypal and we are bound by the rules and regulations set by this account. You can pay online using our shopping basket, or make payments using your card over the telephone. Goods will be despatched only after payment has been received.

Can I return an order placed online?
Yes, providing that you do so within seven working days of our receipt of your order. All items must returned in their original condition i.e. undamaged, unworn, and with all original labels attached. For items purchased in advance at Christmas or as gifts for special occasions, we are happy to provide a full refund, providing that the items are returned in their original condition. Please see our Returns page for full details of our policy.

What happens if the item is not in stock?
For clothing and accessories, if an item is out of stock & still available for purchase (i.e. not final stock clearance items) we do have the facility to order further items for which you should expect a short wait of approximately ten working days. If however the item is no longer available, we will provide a full refund or exchange against other products on our website.
 
How secure is ordering online?
We aim to ensure that our website is as secure as possible at all times but please don’t forget that any transaction carried out online may not always be 100% secure.

Is there a delivery charge?
Yes, we do employ delivery charges which vary according to your location & the weight of the total package being sent out. Please see our Delivery Charges page for full details of charges in the UK mainland, in the rest of Europe, and outside of both of these areas.

How long will it take to get a refund?
Please allow up to twenty-one working days after we have received and checked your returned goods. We will credit the credit/debit card used in the initial payment transaction. We will notify you by e-mail as soon as the transaction has been completed.

What happens if there’s a mistake with my order?
If items are sent to you in error, or you receive goods which are damaged, we will make a full refund of the delivery charges. However any items where there is a change of mind, or an exchange requested delivery expenses will be your responsibility. You can correct any online information at any point before you reach the final stage of the ordering process and click ‘submit’. After this, you will need to follow our normal returns policy.
